Person Centred Pathways is currently seeking Senior Carers to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support at a senior level, mentor new care support workers, oversee the current team of carers, and lead shifts. Senior Carers also respond to emergency situations, provide support to carers, and assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and documentation.

Person Specification:

  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and proficiency in English.
  • NVQ/RQF Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with people with physical disabilities and older individuals.
  • Understanding of care planning processes and ability to write care plans.
  • Proven experience in shift management and senior roles.
  • Possession of a driving license is advantageous.
