Person Centred Pathways Ltd was founded by two Directors, Altina Hayes and Beauty Zvomuya, who bring extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Our mission from the beginning has been to provide care services that we can truly be proud of. Witnessing numerous instances of substandard care, we were driven to establish a model that embodies the essence of proper care, emphasising a person centred care approach.

With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those dealing with age and frailty, we are committed to providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in need.
