Make sure to take in our company's 'about us' and 'careers' pages when undergoing this process. These pages can offer insights into the core mission behind our company and the exact type of person we're currently looking to hire.
Make Your Application Special:
🧡 When you're ready to apply, make your application personal. Describe not only what you've done but also how those things have made you the person you are today. We value that more than a few mistakes in typing or grammar. And don't be put off by the thought that you're another faceless applicant; we value every application we receive and certainly read all of them.

🧡 If you're thinking about applying, here are a few tips to help you along with the application process. The first step is being patient. Job hunting can require a lot of waiting. You have to submit an application and wait for a response, which can take a few days, weeks, or even months. Try to be patient.
Be resilient:
🧡 The job market is highly competitive; you may not even get a response to most of your applications. Try not to let this get to you. Stay positive. Keep pushing forward.
Show You Care:
🧡 Nailing an app isn't about slick content or perfect prose; it's about genuinely expressing the deep-seated "why" behind your desire to help others. Bonus points if you can make the review committee cry. (Tears of joy, of course!) Because when it comes to helping older adults’ live life to the fullest, emotion trumps all.

🧡 In this section, you'll illustrate with real-life examples how your work has impacted the lives of the people you aim to serve. This is your chance to toot your own horn a bit, but don't go overboard. They can smell a braggart a mile away.
