At Person Centred Pathways, we provide a lot of training and support to our staff.

Tailored Training Approach:

At Person Centred Pathways, we believe in the value of ongoing training and development for our staff. We want them to keep learning, and we want to give them every opportunity to do so. At the same time, though, we have to be mindful of something we feel very strongly about: the training we offer must actually be helpful.  

Comprehensive Induction Program:

We have a solid induction program in place for all newcomers to our team. It’s extensive and covers everything our employees need to know to become effective and successful in their positions. It covers essential topics that are important for a new employee to understand—topics like our company’s values and what we expect from one another. It also covers some items of immediate importance, such as how to operate the phone system. The program is done in a way that makes learning enjoyable and that helps the new hires “get it” from the very beginning.

Ongoing Professional Development:

Our staff is not only trained at the outset, but also in an ongoing manner. We do this because we want our people to stay not only competent but also competitive in an industry that is constantly changing and adapting. We cannot rely on the skills our employees have today to ensure our company’s growth in the future.

Individualised Learning Plans:

We understand that our staff members are all different and have their own learning needs and career dreams. So, we make personalised plans for each staff member, showing them exactly what they need to do, in each little step, to achieve their goals. Whether they want to be even better at their jobs, get better certifications, or work up to a higher position, we help them make it happen.  

Mentoring and Coaching:

Person Centred Pathways offers various forms of support to its trainees. Alongside structured programs, the organisation provides trainees with the opportunity to be guided, encouraged, and supported in their work by more experienced personnel. This happens through the provision of mentors and coaches, who perform the aforementioned support functions. These mentorship and coaching relationships are understood to foster trainee growth and development.
